I-con User Registration Process

Step 1: Submit User Information

Please provide the following information for each user to your Infinitum Account Manager:

• Company name
• User’s first and last name
• Email address
• Assigned Infinitum Account Manager

Step 2: Account Setup

Infinitum will create the user account and grant appropriate access. If the user is not already a Motor Selection Tool (MST) user, MST permissions will also be included. 

Step 3: User Notification

Once account setup is complete, each user will receive a registration confirmation email. Your Infinitum Account Manager will be copied on this communication.

Training Preparation

To ensure a smooth training experience, please complete the following before scheduling training:

• Obtain the required equipment (see Equipment and Accessories section below)

Note: It is recommended that the account setup (Step 2) be completed shortly before the scheduled training session.

Step 4: Schedule Training

Coordinate with your Infinitum Account Manager to schedule training.
