Many companies have implemented firewalls and other intrusion protection systems on host computers and laptops. These firewalls block the ability to update Infinitum motor firmware via the procedures described below. It cannot hurt to try these steps, but contact us if you cannot complete the update processes at support@goinfinitum.com.
