Summary
Infinitum is correcting the altitude power derate published for Aircore EC+ motor and fan systems. Aircore EC+ motors deliver full rated power from 0–1,000 m (0–3,300 ft), and a 9% power derate per 1,000 m applies above 1,000 m, up to a maximum of 2,000 m (6,600 ft). Previous documentation listed power derate values up to 4,000 m. Updated datasheets, documentation, and Motor Selection Tool (MST) version 4.1.5 are available starting October 14.

Frequently Asked Questions
| Question | Answer |
| Q1. How does the derate apply at 2,000 m? | A 9% derate applies. For example, a 10 HP motor installed at 2,000 m (6,600 ft) delivers 9.1 HP. |
| Q2. What if my project is above 2,000 m? | Contact your Infinitum representative or account manager. |
| Q3. How do I select a motor for a site between 1,000 m and 2,000 m? | Select the installation altitude from the altitude drop-down in the MST. The MST applies the derate and supports right-sizing for Aircore EC+ and Aircore EC+ with Active Front End. |
